An Inter-School Sports Competition was held on 11th October 2025, organized by Jagriti Loreto Vidyalaya under the guidance of our Head, Ma’am M. Singh. Three schools participated in this grand sports meet — Jagriti Loreto Vidyalaya, Pushpa Vidyalaya, and Mary Ward. A total of 250 students took part in various events with great enthusiasm and team spirit.

The Chief Guest, despite his busy schedule, graciously attended the event for an hour. In his inspiring speech, he highlighted the importance of sports in nurturing both the mind and body, emphasizing how it shapes well-rounded individuals.

The program commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest, Sr. Amia, Sr. Sunila, and Ma’am M. Singh, along with the Head Boy and Head Girl of the school. This was followed by a beautiful Vandana dance that set a graceful tone for the day’s events.

The students then participated in a variety of track and field events, including the sack race, long jump, 100m race, 200m race, and relay race. Each event was conducted smoothly, and the atmosphere was filled with excitement and cheers from both participants and spectators.

The competition concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, where the winners were awarded medals, certificates, and trophies for their outstanding performances.

The program ended on a high note with a motivating speech by our Community Leader, Sr. Amia, who congratulated all the students for their dedication and sportsmanship. Finally, Ma’am M. Singh delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the event.
